What is an online form?
An Online Form is a way for you to receive pertinent information from others. An example of this would be a form on a Contact Us page of a website. This form may include Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail and any other information you may need. This information could then be used as a way to contact this person or add them to your E-mail or Marketing Campaign.
How do I set up an Online Form?
To create an Online Form on your website, first create a new page (see Tutorial "How to Create a New Page". While creating the page, click Contact Form for the "Type of Page". Once the page is created, click the "Edit this Page" button at the top. To begin the form, click on "Textbox". When the box opens, fill in the information and click "Save". Repeat this process until you have all the information needed on your form. Click "Save".
